The Starting Point.
ASHA is the land-based home of Alchemy of Breath - a global breathwork school rooted in transformation, embodiment, and conscious leadership. Nestled in the Tuscan hills, the space hosts international retreats, facilitator trainings, and immersive healing programmes.
Our relationship began in 2021, after Matt graduated from the Alchemy of Breath facilitator training. What started as a student connection evolved into a four-year creative partnership - supporting the growth of both the retreat centre and the wider breathwork school.
ASHA was already alive with depth and integrity. What was needed was coherence - a visual and operational ecosystem that could hold the scale of their expansion.
Essence.
ASHA carries a particular frequency: grounded, devotional, spacious. The land itself feels like a teacher. The work that unfolds there is tender, often vulnerable, and deeply transformational.
Because we are practitioners ourselves - Rebecca as a psychotherapist and energy practitioner, Matt as a breathwork facilitator - we understand the dual perspective of retreat life. We know what it feels like to hold space. And we know what it feels like to enter it.
That sensitivity shapes how we approach retreat branding and imagery - with presence, attunement, and deep respect for the intimacy of the processes unfolding.

Over four years, we have witnessed their expansion: more trainings, fuller retreats, stronger brand recognition, and a deepened sense of rootedness in Tuscany.
Our role has been to quietly support that growth - shaping the visual, organisational and digital structures so the heart of the work can continue to lead. This long-term collaboration reflects our approach to supporting retreat centres and training schools as they grow in scale and visibility.
